Returns and Refunds Policy
All of our pieces are custom or second-hand and carefully refinished by hand.
Because of this, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or colour variation once an item has been purchased.
We encourage all buyers to view and inspect items in person before purchasing or accepting delivery to ensure they meet your personal standard of satisfaction.
If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of collection or delivery with photos and details. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly, either through repair, replacement (if possible), or a refund where we’re at fault.
We want every customer to love their purchase and are happy to answer any questions before you buy.
Disclaimer
All of our pieces are pre-loved and refurbished by hand, so some minor imperfections or signs of age may remain. We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately. Buyers are responsible for viewing and inspecting items prior to purchase to ensure they meet their satisfaction.
As required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, all items sold “in trade” are guaranteed to be as described and fit for purpose. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or for natural variations consistent with second-hand or handmade products.
